It’s a potluck party happening on Meet-X, folks! Christmas is coming soon, and we are eager to share our abundance and merriment with everyone at Cornerstone Xstate. But an X’mas party is incomplete without singing and carolling. Our sincerest and heartfelt thanks to Kong Mei Qi who gave a soulful and heartwarming performance as well as Pastor Inky & her SIBKLCC church carollers @ Ativo Plaza for their spirited group rendition of Christmas classics. We also invited a special guest speaker who talks about personal growth and how we can harness the unlimited potential via the power of self-alignment in welcoming the New Year and embracing new challenges ahead.

In this special edition of Meet-X @ X'mas Potluck Party, executive coach/trainer, QiGong therapist/practitioner and corporate director of Christie Associates Sdn Bhd shares her ideas and insights on “Alignment Starts from Within” with Cornerstone Xstate. To realize our lifelong dreams and desires, and attain exponential success, we must learn to fine-tune our inner-self by aligning ourselves with key values, traits, or characteristics such as grit, trust, talent, spirit, passion, acumen, discipline, empathy, and sustainability. Leverage and capitalize on your assets or strengths, and be mindful of your flaws, weaknesses, or limitations. The endgame or ultimate goal is to find equilibrium (balance), seek enlightenment as well as discover true happiness. To all CSX warriors, let us ‘THINK BIG, AIM HIGH!’

Aligning self is the ability to transform how we approach our work and our lives. The purpose of nurturing inner alignment is to foster a deeper connection to your work by tapping into the power of inner motivation for sustained success and personal fulfillment. It is about the relationship with yourself and with your surroundings. Create a landscape or environment in which you always thrive instead of just survive. Find clarity in the power of aligning, and be aware of the impact of aligning within yourself. Discover key benefits and practical strategies for real-life applications. Constantly challenge the status quo, and find purpose or meaning in your life. Challenges are omni-present, both in good times and bad times. It all boils down to how we respond to an issue or a problem to seek an answer or a solution. Identify the roles you play in the home, workplace, and community.
Skills and Strategies for Success
Be it a home owner, property investor, or estate agent, playing your role right is critical towards attaining success. Creating content and marketing mantras become second nature if you possess specific success strategies that are seamless and sustainable. Self-motivation is paramount when it comes to success. Whether we are driven by money or passionate about charity, motivation is a powerful force or factor that shapes our life journey and personal destiny. External motivations such as approval, awards, rewards, recognition, and acknowledgement are fickle, fleeting, temporary, and short-term.
On the contrary, internal motivations such as love, passion, happiness, and altruism are intrinsic, impactful, meaningful, fulfilling, and long-term. Motivation that comes from within (or derived internally) is more meaningful, sustainable, and abundant. Producing results or being productive without possessing values is meaningless if they are not sustainable. Understand the personal values that matter to you, be it talent, trust, empathy, compassion, caring or love. Build a support network to add greater value to yourself by connecting with like-minded people. Develop smart goals and cultivate genuine relationships. Create personal awareness via self-reflection and incorporate holistic values and guiding principles. Seek feedback from others for continuous improvement. Take charge of your life by taking an actionable and purposeful goal towards your-self, your client, and your community. In this meeting, we also witnessed more closings and deal-makers from aspiring agents and newbie negotiators.
