Cornerstone Xstate recently hosted a sharing session on Zoom to highlight this month’s top producers in project sales. Despite the raging pandemic and recurring MCO, CSX agents and negotiators continue to close even more deals. Throughout this live meeting, we witnessed Eugene So, Evelyn Cheah, Janice Goh, Jennyfer Ong and Nur Atiqah Anis share their secrets to success in the fine art of real estate negotiation. The following are some key excerpts from their comments, thoughts and ideas on how they close their “mega deals”.
Eugene is one of the few star negotiators and team leaders who truly redefines what it means to be exceptional in making sales and also closing deals. When it comes to being a top producer, he believes leadership and professionalism ranks above everything else. As an exemplary leader, the success of others becomes your own success.
Evelyn closed six deals in just one week! As phenomenal as this may be, she seems actually pretty modest about her ground-breaking feat or achievements. But behind her cool & calm persona or demeanor, she demonstrates a “killer instinct” in converting transactions. After all, she attributes her success to her grit, tenacity, courage & passion. She also advocates positive-thinking and maintaining self-discipline.
Janice has come a long way since her early days as a newbie negotiator which was a little less than a year ago. Since then, her acumen has improved tremendously and her confidence increased exponentially. She owes her newfound success to the robust training as well as optimal leads generation which provides RENs like herself quality leads or prospects in order to close deals more productively.
Jennyfer has consistently closed deals almost every month since she joined CSX. Her impeccable & impressive track record proves she is the real deal, and there is no stopping her from realizing her dreams. Her so-called addiction or obsession for closing deals is so evident that she constantly “hangs out” at the nearest sales gallery in order seize the opportunities so as not to miss any prospective customers.
Atiqah was the first negotiator to seal a deal completely online via the virtual meeting platform Zoom. She is also a devout or staunch believer that quitting is never an option in her vocabulary. One must continuously persist and persevere in the face of adversities and challenges. The moment you give up, you lose or fail. Cliché but true!
